Shipping policy
Delivery timeframes are a live representation at the time of ordering and are subject to change. If you've already placed an order, please check your shipping confirmation email for your specific delivery timeframe and tracking link.
Things you need to know...
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse
- All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place the order unless specified.
- Gift Card purchases don't count towards qualifying for a free shipping threshold.
- Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to Military Addresses in EU countries.
- In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
International Shipping
- 🌐 We ship to select international destinations outside India, including the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Europe.
- 🚚 Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- ⚠️ Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
- 📦 Estimated delivery: 1-3 or 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via SMS/ Phone Call, email, or both.
Shipping Address Accuracy
· Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
SafeCartShop is not responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect address details.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Contact us at info@safecartshop.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We'll work with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
Note: We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

- Customs processing (for international orders)
